~WINE EXCHANGE TEAM
Combining fairly pleasant ripe black cherry fruit with an overlay of creamy oak in its light-medium volume aromas, this balanced bottling behaves equally well in the mouth where it is shows off its direct, decently filled flavor without undue distraction from either tannin or high ripeness.
| Wine maker notes |
| Kenwood Vineyards’ Sonoma County Cabernet
Sauvignon is primarily sourced from vineyards
located in the Dry Creek, Sonoma and Alexander
Valleys. Each vineyard lot is kept separate
throughout fermentation and aging to preserve
the unique flavors of the individual vineyards that
are brought together for the final blend. |
| Food pairing |
| Serve our Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon
